It’s been a while since I stood in a stream, been a while since I’ve posted regularly, been a while since life’s seemed normal. Life can get like that. The past 6 months have been a blur of things challenging and unforeseen, even in a creative, wandering mind like mine. It’s been a while. This past weekend was the first time I took a little cane rod and a camera for a long walk in the mountains in a while; and I can’t tell you in words how wonderful and refreshing that felt. I’ll just share a pic and let you imagine what the words might say. If you do this kind of thing yourself, you know exactly what I’m talking about. We all have that happy place in our lives and we need to visit it, even only for a day or two. Lord willing the posts will start to show up on here regularly again as I try to get back to the business of exploring new mountain waters and sharing more of my ramblings.
