A 7 ½’ 5 weight H.L. Leonard Duracane impregnated rod with two tips in mint, unused condition. A Ted Simroe era rod that has never been fished or had a reel mounted to it. The rod has thin wire guides and oxidized fittings, brown wraps tipped in black and carries serial #2480 which indicates a 1976 build. The rod tube cap label indicates February of that year. The rod is crisp and clean and is in as new condition with ferrule plug, original heavy wall brass capped rod tube and butter yellow bag with stiffener. A rare opportunity to own an unfished, mint condition Leonard cane rod in a highly useful length and line weight. More pictures available by request.
