I spent this past Saturday hiking and fishing a few small Class A Wild headwater streams in the Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania with my friend Bob Romano. For those of you that don’t know Bob or aren’t familiar with his work; he is a very talented writer, angler and all-around good spirit that enjoys the small stream experience and pens wonderful stories about them in his books. Bob is the author of a number of fly fishing books including “The River King”, “Shadows in the Stream”, “North of Easie”, “West of Rangely”, “Brook Trout Blues” and “Fishing With Faeries”. Pictured this week is Bob engaging one of the locals on a Class A Wild stream that is also designated as a “Wilderness Trout Stream”.
